True to the company’s philosophy to only make coherent amendments and to retain the basic form of the AMG, an even more sporty version than the wing-door version was created. Especially the aerodynamics have benefited from a high-class fine tuning. For this the developers created and mounted a sports spoiler skirt at the front and special diffuser fins on the rear of the vehicle. All new parts designed by KICHERER are naturally made of high quality carbon. A further highlight on the sports car are the 3-part 20 inch RS-1 lightweight wheels. The classic double-spoke design harmonises perfectly with the equally classic sportscar silhouette of KICHERER’s SLS Supersport Edition Black.

Ford Focus Le Mans Classic:

One of the partners of the popular Le Mans Classic event which takes place between July 9th and 11th, has prepared a collection of just five Focus RS cars in unique colour schemes, each paying tribute to the Ford cars which made
‘blue oval’ history at the Le Mans 24 Hours.

Each of the five Focus RS Le Mans Classic vehicles will be finished in the colours of one of the Ford cars which made 24 Hours history for Ford. During the event itself, they will even carry the race number of the cars to which they’re paying tribute:

  • Black with silver stripes: a reference to the Ford Mk II, which was victorious in 1966.
  • Red with white stripes: recalling the Mk IV which won in 1967.
  • White with a thin blue centre stripe surrounded by a red border: echoing the decoration of the beautiful Ford Mk IIB, entered by Ford France in the 1967 Le Mans 24-hours.
  • Two-tone sky blue and orange: A modern take on the GT40s which dominated Le Mans in 1968 and 1969.
  • Two-tone white and blue: representing the livery of the Capri RS 2600 which took the Touring category in 1972.

A very cold Lesotho greeted riders and pit crew alike for Friday’s time trail of round four of the National Offroad Championship. The time trail was exceptionally fast for the mountain kingdom that is usually known for its technical terrain. Brother KTM rider Riaan van Niekerk (on an unfamiliar bike, a KTM 280 XCF-W) managed to secure a 4th starting position for the next day, only 45 seconds behind the leader. With his teammate Ruan Roberts not being able to race due to injury, the lead in the 200cc class was up for grabs.

And if that’s not enough, you can also opt for the carbon fibre AC Schnitzer engine styling. Even without a performance upgrade, the acoustic and visual attraction will be enhanced by the AC Schnitzer sports rear silencer with two chromed “Sports Trim” tailpipe trims in right/left combination.
