Hennessey Venom GT

Remember the Ford GT, Shelby Cobra and the Sunbeam Tiger? What did all these cars have in common? Yes they had a British Chassis and an American engine and if my memory serves me correct, this building technique works very well indeed, and now there’s a new Western world god of thunder, the Hennessey Venom GT, which combines the same two superpowers to create a formidable supercar.

The venom GT, like the classics of the past, features an American weapon of war covered with a British teabag which promises to create a fantastic drivers car. Because of the British teabag, this car weighs almost nothing and will be able to go around a corner. The chassis is in fact derived from the Lotus Elise and this happens to be one of the best handling cars in the world.
